Pineapple, Pear and Avocado Smoothie with Spinach

This quick, nutritious smoothie will make you see baby food in a whole new light.
Servings: 4 people
  • 2 jars Pineapple, Pear and Avacado baby food each jar 4.25oz
  • 2 cups baby spinich
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh or canned pineapple
  • 2 tbsp honey
  1. Place Pineapple, Pear and Avocado baby food, spinach, ice cubes, almond milk, pineapple and honey in blender; purée until very smooth. Serve immediately.

For a vitamin K boost, substitute kale for the spinach.
