frosted shredded wheat
crushed to 1/4 cup

ground ginger

low-fat plain yogurt

canned pineapple tidbits, drained

peeled, seeded and chopped fresh mango or frozen chopped mango chunks
Instructions
In small bowl stir together cereal and ginger. Stir in yogurt and fruit. Tightly cover and refrigerate for 8 to 48 hours.
Before serving, spoon into serving bowl.
