Walmart Processing Issues

 

If you have shopped at Walmart since 5/22/24, your purchase may not be reflected in your My Benefits balance in the WIC Shopper app. This is due to a transaction processing delay. Walmart is working to resolve the issue. This problem should not affect your ability to shop at Walmart. To obtain an accurate benefit balance, please take your WIC card to your local clinic or any WIC-authorized grocery store and request a Balance Inquiry receipt at Customer Service or any attended lane.
