The formula company Abbott announced a name and label change for Similac Total Comfort to Similac Gentle Comfort. Depending on the retailer, cans with the new name and label will be on shelves as early as April. The ounces, UPCs and formula itself will not change with this transition.
You do not need to update your benefits for this change. The 12.6 oz can of Total Comfort or Gentle Comfort may be purchased if your infant is issued Similac Total Comfort.

Starting April 1, the description on the WIC Shopping List will change to Similac Gentle/Total Comfort 12.6 oz Powder. Receipts will change to Sim G/Ttl Comfort12.6PWD.
