Please be aware that the EBT Processor in Tennessee, Mississippi, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire is currently experiencing issues making WIC benefit balances temporarilly unavailable in WICShopper. They are actively working to correct the issue.

This issue does NOT prevent you from making purchases at the store! When at your grocery store, you can have your benefit balance printed at the service desk or checkout lane.
