Having issues buying a certain item?  Use the WICShopper app to report any items that you weren’t able to purchase! On the app’s main screen, tap the “I couldn’t buy this!” button and fill out the required information.  Submit the item for review and Summer EBT will investigate your issue!

When submitting a request, please include a clear photo of the products barcode or PLU sticker.
