Future Benefits Display Update

You may notice that some of your future benefits currently show “<UNKNOWN>” instead of the benefit name.

This is happening because new WIC food options will be available starting April 1. During this transition, the future benefit balance may temporarily display the number of items available (such as 1 or 64) but not the benefit name.

✅ Good news: Your benefits are still correct.
All benefit information will display normally starting April 1 when the new food options become available.
