If you’re concerned about your WIC appointment for any reason call your clinic to see what they can do to support you. You can find your WIC clinic phone number in the “Find a WIC Office” button in the app.
If you or any family member is experiencing a fever, cough, shortness of breath or other flu like symptoms – call your health care provider.

Is your eWIC card not working at the store?
If you have recieved a WIC card and it is not working at the grocery store:
- Make sure you have set your PIN. If you have not set your PIN, you can do so by calling 1-844-892-3084 and following the prompts.
- If your PIN is set, but your card still isn’t working, please contact your local WIC clinic.
