The State WIC program is currently experiencing technical difficulties that are affecting the benefits balance display in the WICShopper app.

• You can still use your WIC card to make purchases at the store without any issues.
• Please use your store receipt to check your benefit balance until the issue is resolved.
• At this time, new cards cannot be registered in WICShopper.

Rest assured, the benefits available on your WIC card are accurate. The problem is only with the communication between the State system and WICShopper, not with your actual benefits.
