Scam Alert

FIS, the developer of ebtEDGE, has become aware of a text scam directing cardholders to call a fraudulent IVR to confirm their card and PIN, including language that cards may be locked.

FIS or ebtEDGE will never call or text you to ask for your personal information, card number or PIN. Do not share your information with anyone. Protect yourself by changing your PIN monthly or by freezing your card if you have received and responded to a text like this.
