Tropical Blue Smoothie Bowl
- 1 1 / 2 frozen bananas*
- 1/4 컵 frozen mangoes
- 1/4 컵 냉동 블루 베리
- 3/4 컵 vanilla yogurt or soymilk dairy-free yogurt alternative
- 그래 놀라 fresh berries, chia seeds and coconut flakes, for toppings
- *Remember to peel and chop the banana before freezing
Combine all ingredients, except toppings, in blender and process until smooth.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with toppings of your choice.
