Before you can shop with the eWIC card, you must set up a four-digit PIN for your card.
The PIN can be set in two ways:
Call the automated phone line at 1 (844) 386-3151, or
Go online to www.ebtedge.com .
Know your birthdate and mailing zip code to set your PIN.
What if my PIN doesn't work
If your card is lost, stolen or damaged, contact your WIC clinic or call customer service at 1 (844) 386-3151.
Remember to keep your card safe, like in your purse or wallet.
Keep your card away from magnets, electronics, and out of sunlight.
