  • 1/2 cup Blueberries cusub ama barafaysan ama miraha la isku daray
  • 1 cup fersken cusub ama barafaysan
  • 1/2 cup Dabaqa xagaaga cusub la jarjarey
  • 1/2 cup Gariiga cad ama vanilj ama caano fadhi joogto ah
  • 1/2 cup biyaha ku dar wax badan haddii loo baahdo
  • 4-5 xabadaha barafka haddii la isticmaalo midho cusub

Tilmaamaha

  • Dhammaan maaddooyinka ku rid blender oo isku walaaq ugu yaraan hal daqiiqo ama ilaa wax walba la isku daro oo labeen.
  • Ku shub koob oo dhig khudaar dheeraad ah korka ama ku saydhaa granola si aad u hesho madadaalo dheeraad ah!
