A: Call the phone number on the back of your WIC Card (1-888-220-9555)  to change your PIN.

Q: What if I enter the wrong PIN?

A: After 4 incorrect attempts, your PIN will be locked. This is done as a protection from someone guessing your PIN and getting your food benefits. There are 3 ways to unlock your card:

• Call your local program
• Call the number on the back of your WIC Card
• Wait until midnight and your account will automatically unlock
