The 2026 Farmers Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) is set to begin June 1, 2026!

Electronic Farmers Market Nutrition Program benefits are back!

Eligible participants may receive Farmers Market benefits to buy fresh and unprocessed fruits, vegetables, eggs and cut herbs at authorized farmers markets and farm stands.

Below are some important details for the 2026 Farmers Market season.

  • Eligible participants include children who are 1 year old or older, prenatal and postpartum/breastfeeding participants with an active account as of April 29, 2026.
  • You will receive $65 in benefits per eligible WIC participant.
  • Benefits can be used to purchase only fresh fruits and vegetables, cut herbs and eggs.
  • Farmers Market season runs from June 1st to November 30th. Benefits must be used by November 30, 2026, with a certified farmer. For a list of authorized markets visit CTGrown.gov/fmnp.
  • Benefits will be issued during the first week of May.
  • Participants who received benefits last year will receive their benefits in their existing app account or on their existing card. If you need help, including switching to the app or to a card, or if you need a replacement card, please contact your WIC office.
  • If you are new to WIC and asked to receive your benefits on the Soli Shopper app, you will receive an email from [email protected] with instructions on how to activate your account.   • If you are new WIC and asked to receive your benefits on a card, you will pick up your card at your WIC office. For more information about using the Shopper Card, view the Farmers Market Shopper Card/Portal Instructions.

    • Problems processing transactions
    • Problems receiving emails when attempting to finish setting up an account
    • Pin number issues
  • Contact your WIC office to check program eligibility and with questions about your regular WIC benefits, appointments, addition of or change in category of family member. The Soli HelpLine cannot provide information on eligibility, if you have received your regular WIC benefits, or if a new family member has been added to their system.
  • To find authorized redemption locations go to CTGrown.gov/fmnp. SoliMarket Shopper App users now have a ‘Nearby Markets’ feature to find a nearby market.
