Apple Yogurt Parfait

- 1 large apple
- 1 cup bran flakes
- 1 cup plain yogurt or soymilk dairy-free yogurt
- Optional – ground cinnamon ground flaxseeds, wheat germ or chia seeds can be mixed into the yogurt
In each glass, layer the following – 3 tbsp yogurt, ¼ cup bran flakes and ¼ cup apples.
Top each parfait with 1 more tablespoon of yogurt.
Sprinkle top with ground cinnamon if desired.
