Bananas and Honey Smoothie

Servings: 2
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt or soymilk dairy-free yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
In a blender combine all ingredients.
Process until smooth and creamy.
Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
