Blueberry Yogurt Chia Pudding

A gut-friendly pudding made with blueberries, probiotic yogurt, and chia seeds.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries defrosted and mashed with fork
  • 1 cup blueberry probiotic yogurt
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp water

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized bowl, add defrosted and mashed berries with juice, yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla extract and water.
  • Stir to blend.
  • Cover and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Stir mixture to ensure even coverage of liquid with chia seeds. Place back in the refrigerator to set, overnight.
