Cheesy Taco Snack Mix

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter or margarine
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
  • 3 cups rice and corn crispy squares cereal i.e. Crispix
  • 2 cups cheese flavored mini snack crackers
  • 2 cups small pretzel sticks

Instructions

  • In large microwave-safe bowl, melt butter at high, 15 to 30 seconds. Stir in taco seasoning.
  • Add cereal. Toss to coat evenly. Microwave at high 1-1/2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Spread on waxed paper; let cool 5 minutes. Return to bowl.
  • Add snack crackers and pretzels. Toss to mix. Store in airtight container.
