frosetd sheredded wheat
crushed to 1/4 cup

ground cinnamon

low-fat plain yogurt

chopped apple
Instructions
In small bowl stir together cereal and cinnamon. Stir in yogurt and fruit. Tightly cover and refrigerate for 8 to 48 hours.
Before serving, spoon into serving bowl.
