Creamy Vegan Avocado Salad Dressing
A vibrant plant-based dressing made from a blend of avocados, garlic, herbs, and lime.
Servings: 4
- ½ avocado
- 2 tbsp cilantro packed
- ¼ tsp minced garlic
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- 1/3 tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- ½ cup unsweet soymilk
- Juice of one lime slice
Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and process until mixture is creamy.
Serve immediately over a salad, on a taco, burrito or whatever you’d like.
