Ingredients
For the dressing:
1 ½cupsvanilla Greek yogurt
Juice of 1 lemon
2tspvanilla extract
For the fruit salad:
1lbstrawberrieswashed, hulled and sliced
1Granny Smith applewashed, cored and diced
1pintblueberrieswashed and dried
½lbgrapes of your choicewashed and halved
½pineapplewashed, peeled, cored and diced
½cupchopped pecanscould use walnuts or pistachios instead
Instructions
Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk to combine until smooth.
Combine all of the fruit in a large bowl. Pour dressing on top of the fruit mixture and gently toss to combine. Top with chopped pecans.
Let chill for about 30 minutes to 1 hour to let the flavors meld together prior to serving.
