Ingredients

avocado

cup
Plain Non-Fat Yogurt

Tablespoon
tomato salsa
2
green onion
chopped
2
Tablespoon
fresh cilantro
chopped (optional)

chile Serrano
chopped (optional)

Teaspoon
salt
or to taste
Instructions
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
Spoon out the avocado flesh, and place into a small bowl.
Mash the avocado, when smooth, add the plain yogurt, salsa, green onion, cilantro and chile.
Mix well, but do not mash the vegetables.
Taste and add salt, if desired
Notes
Serve with tortilla chips.
