Papaya Boats

All hands are on deck in this boat loaded with flavor and nutrition. This kid-friendly dish is sure to please sailors of all ages.

Ingredients

  • 2 papayas
  • 1 11 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 banana peeled and sliced
  • 1 kiwi peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ¾ cup non-fat vanilla yogurt

Instructions

  • Cut papaya in half lengthwise; scoop out and discard the seeds.
  • Add ½ cup of yogurt in the center of each papaya half.
  • Top with mandarin oranges, banana, kiwi and berries.
  • Sprinkle with granola or cereal, if you wish.
