Papaya Boats
All hands are on deck in this boat loaded with flavor and nutrition. This kid-friendly dish is sure to please sailors of all ages.

- 2 papayas
- 1 11 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 banana peeled and sliced
- 1 kiwi peeled and sliced
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup strawberries
- ¾ cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
Cut papaya in half lengthwise; scoop out and discard the seeds.
Add ½ cup of yogurt in the center of each papaya half.
Top with mandarin oranges, banana, kiwi and berries.
Sprinkle with granola or cereal, if you wish.
