Salted Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup plain yogurt or soymilk dairy-free yogurt
  • ½ frozen banana*
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • ½ cup ice
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • Flaked sea salt for garnish
  • *Remember to peel and chop the banana before freezing

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients except garnish until smooth and peanutty.
  • To serve, sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
