Ingredients

  • 18 ounce bag of refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 2 ½ cups broccoli florets
  • ¾ cup frozen peas
  • ¾ cup store-bought pesto
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli for the first 3 minutes of cooking, then add the tortellini and cook according to package directions. Within the last minute of cooking, add the frozen peas.
  • Drain.
  • Add the ingredients back into the pot along with the pesto. Stir until well combined.
  • Serve with parmesan cheese.
