Stove Top Mac & Cheese
This easy, made-from-scratch mac and cheese works as a side or main dish.

- 2 cups dried whole grain elbow pasta cooked according to package directions
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 1 ½ cup reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup milk
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Combine milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cheese in a medium pot.
Cook on medium, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted. Remove from the stove.
Stir in yogurt until combined.
Add in warm pasta and serve.
