Tropical Blue Smoothie Bowl
Take a dive into this delicious and refreshing smoothie bowl!
Servings: 1
- 1 1/2 frozen bananas*
- 1/4 cup frozen mangoes
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt or soymilk dairy-free yogurt alternative
- Granola fresh berries, chia seeds and coconut flakes, for toppings
- *Remember to peel and chop the banana before freezing
Combine all ingredients, except toppings, in blender and process until smooth.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with toppings of your choice.
