Vegan Ranch Dressing
Enjoy this simple dressing on top of your favorite salad or with a dippable snack!

- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp dill dried or fresh
- 1 cup original soymilk
- 1½ tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 ½ cup vegan mayonnaise
Mix all ingredients together.
Add more soymilk to thin consistency or more mayonnaise to thicken consistency.
Set in the refrigerator for 3 hrs. Yields 2½ cups. Enjoy!
