Vegan Strawberry FroYo

A delicious dairy-free alternative that makes a cool summer treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup soymilk dairy-free yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

Instructions

  • 1, Spoon soymilk dairy-free yogurt into an ice cube mold and freeze overnight or until solid.
  • In a blender, pulse frozen soymilk dairy-free yogurt cubes and frozen strawberries until everything breaks down. Use a tamper to help break down the ingredients and scrape down the sides of the blender with a spatula as needed. If needed, add soymilk by the tablespoon to help it along.
  • Once smooth, transfer mixture into a bowl, or cone and enjoy!
