Fall Spice Snack Dippers

Ingredients
  • 1 cup plain low fat yogurt
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 cups frosted shredded wheat
Instructions
  1. Mix yogurt and spices until well blended.
  2. Dunk Wheats Biscuits into dip and enjoy!
  3. Keep leftover dip refrigerated.
