We streamlined the process of making horchata—instead of soaking rice, we added rice cereal to this easy, cinnamon-flavored smoothie.

- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup crisp rice cereal
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
In blender container or food processor bowl combine all ingredients. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into a 12- to 16-ounce glass. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon (if desired). Serve immediately.
