Low-Fat Orange Dressing

The basic formula for salad dressing is oil plus an acid like vinegar or lemon juice. Add dry seasonings, mustard, or honey before mixing.

  • 1/4 cup Fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup Rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
