Salmon Cornmeal Patties

Quick and easy, use patties as a snack, for a sandwich, or for dinner with brown rice and a veggie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can canned salmon drained
  • 1 egg
  • â…“ cup cornmeal
  • â…› cup olive oil

Method
 

  1. Mix together the drained can of salmon, egg, and cornmeal
  2. Form tightly packed patties
  3. Add olive oil to pan over medium heat
  4. Add patties
  5. Flip when the underside of the patty turns brown and brown the other side
  6. Enjoy!
