- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli for the first 3 minutes of cooking, then add the tortellini and cook according to package directions. Within the last minute of cooking, add the frozen peas.
- Drain.
- Add the ingredients back into the pot along with the pesto. Stir until well combined.
- Serve with parmesan cheese.
