Ingredients
  

  • 18 ounce bag of refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 2 ½ cups broccoli florets
  • ¾ cup frozen peas
  • ¾ cup store-bought pesto
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli for the first 3 minutes of cooking, then add the tortellini and cook according to package directions. Within the last minute of cooking, add the frozen peas.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add the ingredients back into the pot along with the pesto. Stir until well combined.
  4. Serve with parmesan cheese.
