
Blueberry Yogurt Chia Pudding
A gut-friendly pudding made with blueberries, probiotic yogurt, and chia seeds.
Ingredients
Method
- In a medium-sized bowl, add defrosted and mashed berries with juice, yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla extract and water.
- Stir to blend.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Stir mixture to ensure even coverage of liquid with chia seeds. Place back in the refrigerator to set, overnight.
