Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup yogurt or soymilk dairy-free yogurt
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • 1 frozen banana*
  • ½ cup ice
  • ¼ cup water or coconut water
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or agave if desired
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch of turmeric or a few drops of natural yellow food color if desired
  • 1 tbsp graham cracker crumbs for garnish
  • *Remember to peel and chop the banana before freezing

Equipment

  • blender

Method
 

  1. Blend all ingredients except graham crackers until smooth, creamy and delicious.
  2. Place in a glass and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
