Good news WIC Farmers’ Market benefits will be changing from paper vouchers to electronic benefits. Eligible participants will receive notification of how they can access their benefits. But first we need you to provide us with your updated contact information including email and mailing address. If we do not have your current contact information you may miss out on the Farmers’ Market benefits to buy local fruits and vegetables.

If you’ve had a change in your mailing address or email complete the online WIC Participant Contact Update Form NOW. If your WIC office has your most up to date information (email/mailing address) no action is required.  https://dphsubmissions.ct.gov/CTWIC_UpdateMailingandEmailAddress

Once we are ready, we will send you details via email or mail (if an email is not provided) on how you can access your Farmers’ Market benefits.
