Hawaii WIC is assisting researchers at Boston University, Washington University in St. Louis and the University of Virginia with a research study.

You may be eligible to participate in the research study if:

• You are a client at a WIC office in Hawaii
• You are currently pregnant and less than 32 weeks along in your pregnancy
• You are 18 years of age or older

Researchers are evaluating an infant care education program called TodaysBaby. TodaysBaby has been developed by experts in the field of infant care and contains up-to-date information on recommended infant feeding and sleeping practices. The TodaysBaby program is delivered by text message right to your mobile phone.

The TodaysBaby Program includes:

• Free infant care educational videos and text messages throughout your pregnancy and until your baby is 6 months old.
