There are two ways to access your purchases for the current month:

Call

• Call the toll-free Customer Service Line (1-844-892-3084)
• Enter 16-digit eWIC card number found on the front of your Idaho eWIC card
• Select option 3 for Transaction History

 Go Online

• Register and create a password on ebtEDGE.com or in the ebtEDGE app
• Login to ebtEDGE
• Select Add Account

You’ll need:

• 16-digit eWIC card number found on the front of your Idaho eWIC Card
• Cardholder date of birth
• Cardholder mailing zip code (if you have a new mailing address, please contact your local WIC clinic)

• Select your WIC Account from the My Account List options
• See Transaction History (located below the list of available benefits)
