Recall for Tippy Toes baby apple pear banana product

“Tippy Toes” baby food is not provided by Idaho WIC, but we are sharing the recall information as an important notice for families who may use this product.

Initiative Foods has issued a limited recall for one lot of “Tippy Toes” brand Apple Pear Banana Fruit puree due to elevated levels of patulin.  

Please refrain from feeding this to your baby if it falls under this recall.
