We want to hear about your WIC experience!

The Kentucky WIC Program has joined with the National WIC Association and the University of California to survey WIC participants to best serve you. Kentucky WIC will receive a summary of our KY WIC participants' feedback, but we will not receive any names or identifying information about who completed the survey. The survey will close on September 2, 2025.
