TEMPORARY WIC CARD OUTAGE

Massachusetts WIC participants will not be able to use their WIC Cards to purchase benefits starting at 11:00 PM on Saturday, September 20, 2025, and ending at 11:59 PM on Monday, September 22, 2025. During this period, system updates will be made to enhance shopping flexibility.

In addition, during this timeframe, you will not be able to view your benefit balance.

Local WIC offices will not be affected and will be open during their normal operating hours.
