Introducing “Item Search” 

We’re excited to announce a variation on the existing “Key Enter UPC” feature. The new “Item Search” tool allows you to conduct alphanumeric searches across the entire Authorized Product List (APL).

“Item Search” allows you to type in partial product descriptions or PLU/UPC codes to produce a list of items meeting the search criteria. If you have a registered card and tap an item, you will see if you have available benefits to purchase the product.

Exciting News: WIShopper Now Supports Benefit Descriptions in All 22 Languages!

For years, WIShopper has supported 22 languages across all its main screens and features-except for the “My Benefits” section.

What Is New?

Participants will now see benefit category descriptors and other elements in their benefits in the language that has been chosen in the app!
