Benefit Balances Currently Not Available in WICShopper
What is going on?
The platform WICShopper uses to show your benefit balances (Salesforce) is experiencing a global outage causing a 'Data Error' in WICShopper.
Can I still use my WIC card to shop?
YES. This issue does NOT affect your ability to shop with your WIC card. Participants with benefits can use them at WIC stores as normal.
How can I check my WIC balance?
- Call the number on the back of your WIC card
- Print your balance at the store - Ask at any register or at the service desk.
When will it be resolved?
Sales Force engineers are actively working to resolve the issue. Normal WICShopper operations will resume as soon as they resolve the issue.
