How to start

1. Go to walmart.com/wic
2. Sign in to your current account or create an account.
3. Go to your Wallet and click “Add new payment method” and enter your eWIC Card number and PIN.
4. Select your store location.

How to shop

1. Select “View and shop my benefits” on the eWIC Card in your Wallet.
2. Click on each food item in your benefit balance to see suggested WIC‑eligible options.
3. To search for more WIC items, select the “Benefit Programs” filter, then select “WIC eligible.”
4. Click “Add” to add the item to your shopping cart.

How to check out

1. Click on your Shopping Cart.
2. Choose Pickup or Delivery and select a day and time. Delivery availability is based on the address.
3. Click “Continue to check out.”
4. Enter your WIC PIN.
5. Review your order and your payment choice.
6. Click “Place order.”
7. Enter WIC PIN again to authorize use of your eWIC card.

Your WIC benefit balance will update when your order is placed.

Note: • Benefits continue to be available at more than 500 approved grocers in Kentucky. • If/When additional locations offer online shopping services, Kentucky WIC will share that information when available.

Delivery or shipment fees may apply and are not covered by WIC.    Walmart requires you to enter a secondary form of payment if you choose delivery or have any non‑WIC items in your order.
