Tropical Overnight Wheats

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Refrigerator: 8 hours
Course: Breakfast
Servings: 1 cup


  • 1/2 cup frosted shredded wheat crushed to 1/4 cup
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 3/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup canned pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/4 cup peeled, seeded and chopped fresh mango or frozen chopped mango chunks


  • In small bowl stir together cereal and ginger. Stir in yogurt and fruit. Tightly cover and refrigerate for 8 to 48 hours.
  • Before serving, spoon into serving bowl.
