This recipe adapted from a recipe provided by Kellogg’s Healthy Beginnings
Servings: 1 cup
- 1/2 cup frosted shredded wheat crushed to 1/4 cup
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 3/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup canned pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1/4 cup peeled, seeded and chopped fresh mango or frozen chopped mango chunks
- In small bowl stir together cereal and ginger. Stir in yogurt and fruit. Tightly cover and refrigerate for 8 to 48 hours.
- Before serving, spoon into serving bowl.
