Servings: 4 topped waffles
- 1/2 medium very ripe banana
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Dash salt
- 4 frozen waffles
- In small bowl mash banana. Stir in pumpkin, cinnamon and salt.
- Toast waffles according to package directions. Spread pumpkin mixture on top. Serve immediately.
