Creamy Pumpkin Waffles

Pumpkin is not just for Thanksgiving! Enjoy it year-around in this easy, sweet and delicious waffle topping.

Servings: 4 topped waffles


  • 1/2 medium very ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Dash salt
  • 4 frozen waffles


  • In small bowl mash banana. Stir in pumpkin, cinnamon and salt.
  • Toast waffles according to package directions. Spread pumpkin mixture on top. Serve immediately.
