Apple Yogurt Parfait

A crisp and delicious dessert that’s full of fall’s favorite flavors!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large apple
  • 1 cup bran flakes
  • 1 cup plain yogurt or soymilk dairy-free yogurt
  • Optional – ground cinnamon ground flaxseeds, wheat germ or chia seeds can be mixed into the yogurt

Method
 

  1. In each glass, layer the following – 3 tbsp yogurt, ¼ cup bran flakes and ¼ cup apples.
  2. Top each parfait with 1 more tablespoon of yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle top with ground cinnamon if desired.
