Guacamole

Servings: 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup Plain Non-Fat Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoon tomato salsa
  • 2 green onion chopped
  • 2 Tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped (optional)
  • 1 chile Serrano chopped (optional)
  • 1/8 Teaspoon salt or to taste

Instructions

  • Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  • Spoon out the avocado flesh, and place into a small bowl.
  • Mash the avocado, when smooth, add the plain yogurt, salsa, green onion, cilantro and chile.
  • Mix well, but do not mash the vegetables.
  • Taste and add salt, if desired

Notes

Serve with tortilla chips.
