Method
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
- Spoon out the avocado flesh, and place into a small bowl.
- Mash the avocado, when smooth, add the plain yogurt, salsa, green onion, cilantro and chile.
- Mix well, but do not mash the vegetables.
- Taste and add salt, if desired
Notes
Serve with tortilla chips.
