Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup Plain Non-Fat Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoon tomato salsa
- 2 green onion chopped
- 2 Tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped (optional)
- 1 chile Serrano chopped (optional)
- 1/8 Teaspoon salt or to taste
Instructions
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
- Spoon out the avocado flesh, and place into a small bowl.
- Mash the avocado, when smooth, add the plain yogurt, salsa, green onion, cilantro and chile.
- Mix well, but do not mash the vegetables.
- Taste and add salt, if desired
Notes
Serve with tortilla chips.
